        For each sub-category we have vetted more than 10 highly-qualified manufacturers with pre-partnership third-party SGS factory auditing, main product identification, process review, equipment capacity/performance evaluation, and production environment inspection conducted on and result archived for each. Every six months we conduct a retest of featured products and update each vendor?s rating. The Kingbird QC team and their experience

 

With all suppliers using trackable workflow cards as their standard operation process, we make sure everything going out the door hits the highest quality standard. In the meantime, Kingbird enjoys its in-house QC team, who also cooperates with third-party QC agencies from home and abroad, reinsuring the quality of each and every shipment before they set off.

 

All Kingbird shipments go through three quality control steps:

 

First Step: We demand strict adherence to our QC workflow card system, making sure that each step is done right. Non-compliant product is removed immediately and before a batch passes to the next production stage.

 

Second Step: During order processing, our QC professionals conduct regular product testing according to primary international standard, to timely track down and resolve problems.

 

Third Step: Before delivery we send another QC team to conduct a series of tests according to client requirements and primary international standard. Goods are shipped only after we make sure that they are all of high quality and exactly match your demand.

KINGBIRD Emergency Manage System (EMS)

Eight Disciplines (8Ds) Problem Solving is a method developed used to approach and to resolve problems, typically employed by engineers or other professionals. Focused on product and process improvement, its purpose is to identify, correct, and eliminate recurring problems. It establishes a permanent corrective action based on statistical analysis of the problem and on the origin of the problem by determining the root causes.

The disciplines are:

ØD0: Plan?Plan for solving the problem and determine the prerequisites.

ØD1: Use a team?Establish a team of people with product/process knowledge.

ØD2: Define and describe the problem?Specify the problem by identifying in quantifiable terms the who, what, where, when, why, how, and how many (5W2H) for the problem.

ØD3: Develop interim containment plan; implement and verify interim actions?Define and implement containment actions to isolate the problem from any customer.

ØD4: Determine, identify, and verify root causes and escape points?Identify all applicable causes that could explain why the problem occurred. Also identify why the problem was not noticed at the time it occurred. All causes shall be verified or proved, not determined by fuzzy brainstorming. One can use 5 Whys and cause and effect diagrams to map causes against the effect or problem identified.

ØD5: Choose and verify permanent corrections (PCs) for problem/nonconformity?Through preproduction programs, quantitatively confirm that the selected correction will resolve the problem for the customer.

ØD6: Implement and validate corrective actions?Define and implement the best corrective actions.

ØD7: Take preventive measures?Modify the management systems, operation systems, practices, and procedures to prevent recurrence of this and all similar problems.

ØD8: Congratulate your team?Recognize the collective efforts of the team. The team needs to be formally thanked by the organization.
